Everything was good. Clean room, toilet and bedsheet. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly greetings by hotel staff and just a walking distance to nearby mall.

Hotel nya di tengah kota, kebetulan nginep karena lg perlu buat berangkag kerja pagi banget dan lg musim ujan jd milih nginep disini. Deket banget ama GI, PI dan banyak transportasi umum. Sayangnya pas nginep gada wifi katanya lg ganguan sinyal hmm aneh bgt skelas hotel. Banyak pengumuman pake sticker di kamar hotel jadi ngerasa aneh banget. Ya overall buat bermalam mayan deh

Need to improve in the cleanliness of the toilet whereby there are yellow stains at the edge of the tiles. The rest in the room are good. Bad experience during the check-in. The staff attended and gave the room key to few guests who came later than me. Confronted the staff who asked to wait earlier. Apologised, thinking that I was the guest who came check-in in the morning. The process of check-in was taking too long.

I had a really pleasant stay at Grand Thamrin Hotel. The location is a huge plus — right in Thamrin area, very close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out.
For the price, this hotel offers great value. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in central Jakarta without paying luxury hotel prices. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

the customer services was so kind and helpful. I really love the hotel and services and it is in the stategic location. But the hole at the toilet is always flood because of the tiles structure. But overall i give 9/10??

Strategic location.. clean and comfy. Room quite small but still comfy.. but i ask for extra pillow they dont provide. breakfast in pack food.

2 rooms been booked and our room been located near to the staircase and where the housekeeper placed all of thier stuffs. About 15mins walking to thamrin mall. Check in required 100k rupiah. Check out process will take about 10-15mins.

The room is clean. Toilet also good. Location is tip-top the best just in-front of grand indonesia and about 10mn walk to thamrin city mall. Breakfast is meal box, u can eat at the dinning area or bring up to ur room.
